I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned. Destiny was very personable and knowledgeable about anything that I asked. I will definitely be back. Everyone is kind and bubbly, and they play great music!

Laurel, the office manager, is just incredible. She was not only patient, caring and concerned but she’s just a genuinely wonderful person. After some concerns about my dental treatment coverage, through my insurance, I was not happy. I was really disappointed…navigating any dental plan is difficult enough and she honestly understood the frustration and wanted to help. Not only is she looking for solutions but she just wants to help and honestly, the world could just use more people like Ms Laurel. The staff alone is well worth the visit. And I will also note that their music selection is FANTASTIC! I’m a music junkie so I was really liking it. Everything from the 80s classics to modern pop, alternative 90s rock, popular country songs. I mean I heard it all and loved every single one of them. After my appointment I brought my 9 year old daughter as well and she was very happy with her visit. I’ll definitely be bringing my other children and family as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the customer service truly stood out. I was seen by Christina Basseley and Christopher Basseley, and assisted by Chris. All three of them were extremely professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had a root canal done, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease—they even played music to help me relax since I was a little anxious. They were very attentive to my sensitivity and made sure I was properly numbed, which I really appreciated. After having a bad experience at a previous dental office, this visit completely changed things for me. It honestly reminded me what great care and customer service should feel like. Highly recommend—thank you so much for taking such great care of me!

My first visit was last night and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by very friendly people. I was helped with an insurance issue and my care was great. I did follow my dentist to this office his care was great as always. Dr. Christopher Basily is very nice. He always makes me feel comfortable.

I DO NOT like the dentist, but I LOVE THIS ONE!!! This was the best dental experience I've ever had. From the 1st phone call to set up my 1st appointment, to the latest dental work completed. Every step of the way, every employee made me feel comfortable and welcome. My teeth weren't in the best shape. They handled everything so professionally, I never felt embarrassed. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend using this dentist.
